The Galaxy S22 Ultra from Samsung has some big shoes to fill as the Note that isn't a Note, but it very well could end up being the final Note. The newest Ultra will either be the ultimate phone, period or fall short for either group in some way as it tries to appeal to both productivity-focused stylus lovers and photography enthusiasts. To determine which one that is, we are here. On the surface, S Pen supporters will have little to gripe about. The S22 Ultra has the same stylus as the Note20 Ultra and, like a true Note, it has a silo for keeping the device inside the phone. Unlike the S21 Ultra, there is no need to carry the stylus separately until you inevitably lose it. Not that the old one was bad, but the notable improvements in latency also sound promising. The group of photographers shouldn't be let down either. In theory, you receive the same quad setup as the S21 Ultra, which includes two telephoto lenses with 10x zoom and an autofocusing ultrawide lens that Samsung insists must remain exclusive to the Ultra. Of course, this is in addition to the 108MP big-sensor Nona-binning main camera.
