The Galaxy S22 Ultra from Samsung has some big shoes to fill as the Note that isn't a Note, but it very well could end up being the final Note. The most recent Ultra will either be the ultimate phone, period, or fall short for either group in some way, trying to appeal to both productivity-focused stylus lovers and photography enthusiasts.

The S22 Ultra has the same stylus as the Note20 Ultra and, like a true Note, has a silo for keeping the thing inside the phone. The S21 Ultra doesn't require you to carry the stylus separately until you inexorably lose it.

You get the same quad setup as the S21 Ultra (at least conceptually) and a few telephoto lenses with up to 10x zoom, as well as an autofocusing ultrawide (which Samsung insists should only be available on the Ultra). Of course, this is in addition to the 1080MP big-sensor nona-binning main camera.
